MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with my Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to get it moving again would be greatly
